She was preceded in death by her Tata, Jose Hernandez Sr.; her great-grandmother, Darlene Lara; her cousins, Jackie Rodriguez, Joe Moreno, and Miranda Motilla; and her great-aunt, Melinda Canas.
Left to cherish her precious memory are her loving parents, Alazay and David; her paternal grandparents, Lucy Contreras and David Griffith Sr.; her maternal grandparents, Jose and Kristi Hernandez; her aunts, Sofia, Jolina, and Serenity Hernandez; her uncles, Jovanni Hernandez, Jeremiah Griffith, and Josiah Griffith; along with many other loving family members who will forever carry her in their hearts.
Although her feet were tiny, she left the biggest footprints on our hearts. She may have only been with us for a moment, but she will be loved for a lifetime.
