

Barbara Ann Lincoln, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 16, 2025, at the age of 74. Born in Wichita, Kansas, on February 10, 1951, Barbara moved to Houston, Texas, with her family when she was just two years old.
Barbara dedicated 40 years of her professional life to KBR, where she was known for her hard work and dedication. Outside of work, she found joy in fishing, crocheting, and watching Elvis movies. She was an avid reader and enjoyed participating in Bible studies at her workplace. Barbara also loved watching Hallmark movies, playing Farkle and Phase 10 with family and friends, and spending cherished moments with her two grandchildren, Liam and Remy.
Barbara was deeply committed to giving back to her community, generously donating her time to charities such as Wreaths Across America, March of Dimes, and the Girl Scouts.
Barbara is survived by her loving husband, Jimmy Lincoln; her daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and Robbie Watson; her grandchildren, Liam and Remy Watson; her brother, Michael Meeks; and her sister and brother-in-law, Cheryl and Darrell Cleboski. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marilyn and Eldon Meeks, and her siblings, David Meeks, Eldon Meeks Jr., and Sandra Smith.
Barbara will be remembered as a kind and selfless woman who always put the well-being of others before her own. Her gentle spirit and loving nature touched the lives of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished in our hearts.
A visitation for Barbara will be held Saturday, August 23, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023, followed by a funeral service from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
