Beatrice Daphene Barnett Huff

Beatrice was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is preceded in death by her wonderful parents, Sam and Annie Mae Barnett and the father of her children, Claude Huff.

Beatrice leaves four daughters: Mary Richardson and husband John, Glenda Thomas and husband Ron, Nancy Cunningham and Brian Ahlefield, and Sheila Stokes. She leaves two sons: Charles Huff and wife Linda and Carroll Lee Huff and wife Dorothy. Beatrice was a wonderful grandmother to 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She also leaves 3 special sisters and 4 brothers whom she loved very much. Her life and the unconditional love she gave blessed her family and many friends. Her hugs and kisses and beautiful smile will be missed by all that knew her.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 7th, from six o’clock until eight o’clock in the evening at Waltrip Funeral Directors, 1415 Campbell Road in Houston, Texas, where a celebration of Beatrice’s life will be held in the funeral home chapel at half past one o’clock in the afternoon on Monday, November 8th, with Chaplain Daniel Situka officiating. Committal services will follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery.

The family would like to thank the special doctors, nurses, and other medical staff that has taken care of her and made her smile.
