Grandma, I dont really know what to say but that we are going to miss you deeply. I wish you could have stayed with us longer. I remember when we lived with grandma she was always gone when I woke up but when she came back she got some good steals from the segunda (thrift store). She would always have something for Aiden. She always saved her quarters for him ( also for all the grandchildren) but I remember she would have a coin purse full of change. And then sometimes she would be gone and wouldnt come back til the next day and I would find out she went to the casino. Lol. That's the one thing I was telling her that as soon as she start walking again we were going to take her back to the casino because I had never gone and I knew she was the good luck charm so she had to be there. Even when we moved out she would be giving Aiden things and I felt bad because sometimes i had to tell her we didnt have room for it so sometimes she would save it or give it away. All the holidays and traditions spent with you were amazing and we will always remember. I was very fortunate to be able to spend a little November and December with her and she would smile and give me those looks. We even gave grandma a little new years firework show. She loved it. She wore her new years cap, beads, and glasses. She stayed up with us all the way to midnight. She loved her grandkids and great grandkids. I mean everyone. She one night while I was at work was jamming to music with my husband Josh and they just talked and talked about music and life. And my last memory of her was when we got to see her at the nursing home and she just started crying. And I asked her what's wrong. All she said was," I am just so glad to see yall." We love you grandma and will miss you so so much. I just wish I got to see you one more time. But I know you are at peace and no longer suffering. I know you are living it up , up there playing at the casino. We love you and miss you.--Alyssa, Josh, Aiden and Joseph

I remember being at Aunt Beas house on Malone st.? many times and once smoking with Robert and Aunt Bea caught us. I also remember Aunt Bea kissing her husband in the kitchen..lol. I also remember Aunt Bea driving her car with me in the back seat and another vehicle hitting us ( 1 block away from 909 Asbury), it was not major. I also remember Aunt Bea really liked going to garage sales. I love Aunt Bea for many reasons.

Grandma being my only grandparent in my life, She meant the world to me and my dad and My daughter Avarie. These past few days thinking about how life will be without her, how it is without her. It's hard to image. One thing grandma always made sure of is that on holidays her great grandchildren got together. She loved being around her great grandchildren probably more than her grandchildren Lol. She made sure Avarie knew her manners and always gave Avarie unnecessary things from the thrift store Lol She was my village along with my dad that would do for her and watch Avarie for me any day she had off from school. She will be deeply missed.

I have always put Family First!
Always, always!
Since my first born Ethan was born, we have never missed a holiday with Grandma. NEVER! She had always enjoyed every holiday with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. I can share so many memories.
My favorite one was a recent Thanksgiving.
I had made her a plate, and typically she eats like a bird but she got so upset with me and told me she needed more LOL
I was like okay Grandma, I see you.
Oh I can go on and on. The long conversations we would have.
I can only do so much Grandma, but I can Promise to keep these grandchildren of yours with a Memory that sparks their world of You. Love you so much!

This earth lost a beautiful Angel this past weekend, but heaven gained the most awesome Grandma ever. I’m glad she was able to see her great grand kids-Theo and Nikko recently. I will never forget her wise words to always forgive and for family to stay in contact. I will honor her by always forgiving people and work on keeping the family connected, at all cost.

She is also the only Grandma I know who ate a hotdog sideways. I will never forget that. I will miss the tortillas for sure, and when we used to cut grass at our house, she would tell me “hurry up, your cutting grass like your licking ice cream- hurry up”

I love you Grandma, today and tomorrow. I will never forget you.

Love
Rudy Jr, Kimberly , Theodore and Nikko
