Bernard Charles Budnick was born April 12, 1926 in Brenham, Texas and passed away June 14, 2011at the age of 85. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 62 years, Sarah; parents Ike and Stella Budnick; brothers Edmund, Julian, and Albin Budnick. He is survived by 4 children, Betty Jackowski and husband Robert, Norbert Budnick, Evelyn Chmiel and Mike Ellis, Julian Budnick and Susan; 6 grandchildren, Robyn Bilski and husband Patrick, Angie Chmiel and Jock Logan, Kelly Weisenfels and husband Jay, Crystal Budnick, Matt Jackowski and Ben Budnick; 2 great-grandchildren, Sarah and Loryn Bilski; 2 sisters, Clara Jozwiak, Dorothy Buchala: 2 sisters-in-law, Dorothy Budnick, Patricia Budnick and many other relatives. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, June 17, 2011 in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 18, 2011 at Sts. Simon and Jude Catholic Church, 26777 Glen Loch Drive, The Woodlands, Texas 77381. Rite of Committal will follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery
