I am so sure Heaven gained a beautiful angel wearing a great pair of paten leather boots, matching hat and a great polyester suit all matching to perfection. She was so delightful to be around. She was like a second mom to me. I loved her, her style and her smile.

I met Mrs Herndon when working on her in-laws quarters probably 10 yrs ago. She was FUN and full of energy. I remember her amazing Christmas handicrafts and her LOVE of her slot machines...hope they have them in heaven...she'd REALLY be in heaven. I can only hope to grow old as well as she.

A beautiful soul, who will be dearly missed by her adoring family and friends. I, for one will miss those delicious mini pecan pies. Bea and Evelyn are up in Heaven gardening together now, and oh how bountiful it is. God bless your entire family.
