Dear God thank you for giving us an amazing mother. A mother that was willing to take others as her own to love them and care for them. A mother that went above and beyond to give us what we needed. A mother that never or rarely laid one hand on us her children. Even when we might have needed a good spanking. A mother who became a miracle to us as she fought through every battle even by being paralyzed for the last 20 yrs. A mother who became a friend to many. A mother who got up every morning, riding Metro just to get to work for us. A Mother who took us out on every Friday her only day off. So that we could have some children fun. To downtown “The Parks Mall” to have pizza, to East wood park to go swimming, to the zoo or the parks. All with out a vehicle riding metro. A mother who worked for 19 yrs at St.Joseph hospital. In the cafeteria for 16 yrs, and then laundry department for 3yrs. A mother who still found time to be a team mom. For our younger brothers baseball team, and even a room mom at our school. A mother who came to all her children’s school events and PTO meetings. A mother who although she had to work almost every holidays and Christmas. Due to working in a hospital. She still found a way to give us the best Christmas and holidays. A mother who did layways at Three Sisters in Downtown, Sears, Kmart to buy us her children the best always. A mother who also taught us her children how to shop at thrift stores, get handy downs, not only how to have the best. Also taught us to be humble. And to appreciate what she could give us. A mother who taught us the LOVE of GOD, to be thankful, kind, loving, caring. A mother who cooked wonderful dishes. A mother who would go above and beyond. A mother who defended us her children with her every being. A mother who never seen no wrong doing in her children. Even when others had proof that her children where doing wrong things. In our mothers eyes we where her perfect children. A mother who was caring with a simple touch of hand or hug you would feel her unconditional love. A mother who created a beyond beautiful family that will always be grateful for everything that she has done. Thank You God for giving us a beyond amazing mother. We have been truly blessed to have had her. Tus Hijos y Hijas Gracias Mami, Te queremos mucho siempre te recordaremos. Descanze en Paz Mama WE LOVE YOU!

Thank you all (family and friends) for the beautiful sympathy words, words of encouragement, offering of help, and prayers. Our entire family has been devastated with the death of our beloved mother she was the rock of our family. We were united together as one beautiful family because all the hard efforts she made for each and every one of us. She loved to see us together and the more her family grew the bigger her heart grew. Making room to give us all grand love. She clearly was an amazing mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Please forgive us if we don't answer calls or text as we grieve the passing of her death. We are reading all text, emails, & social media posts and we see how much love everyone is sending out to us and we truly appreciate it. May God give us strong courage for what we have to face in the days ahead of us. God give us strength!
