Betty Jean (BJ) Edomm Garrett, 81, passed away on November 19, 2012. BJ was preceded in death by Irvin Edomm and Georgia Collom Edomm Ormsby Cockrell (Mama Georgia) and very special Papa Cecil. BJ was also preceded by husband Edwin Lavonne Garrett and very special friend Sid Hervey of Houston, Texas. She is survived by sister: Joanna Cleveland of Pearland, Texas; daughters: Cheryl Pry and husband Patrick of Huntsville, Texas and Linda Wiesner and husband Claus of Copenhagen, Denmark. Also dear friends Lee, Laura, Jenny and Allison. BJ is also survived by grandchildren: Jesse Pry, Christopher Pry and wife Jennah, Christina Wiesner Faerch and husband Thomas, Thomas Wiesner and wife Dina; great-grandchildren: Mikkel, Sofie and Frederik; nephews, Erwin and Richard Schilhab and a multitude of friends. In lieu of flowers, gifts can be sent to the Star of Hope Mission. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, November 25, 2012 in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven.
