Betty Louise Wade, of Sealy, died at the age of 93. Betty was born April 24, 1919 in Peoria, IL. to Frank and Emma Fauser. She spent her early years in Peoria. At age 16, her family moved to Houston, TX. There they joined First Evangelical and Reformed Church. She graduated from San Jacinto High School. Betty married George Edward Wade and they raised their two children, John and Joan, in Houston. George and Betty were blessed with a wonderful life together. They traveled together with their "Eating and Meeting" group. This group of about 10-12 church couples enjoyed eating, meeting, and traveling once a month for about 40 years. Betty is preceded in death by her parents and loving husband. Survivors include son, John Wade, and daughter, Joan, Sergie (husband), 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Pauline, Darnel, and their children, Diane and Dara.
