Beverly Ann Patterson (77), of Houston, passed away on November 7, 2016. Beverly was born October 29, 1939 in Chicago, IL and moved to Houston when she was 18 years old. She was the middle of 5 children born to Joseph and Florence Karna. Beverly was a voracious reader, football fanatic, expert knitter and animal lover. She worked at the draft board during the 1960’s and spent many hours as a hospital volunteer. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Patterson, sister, Martha, and her parents. She is survived by her sisters, Jo Ann and Betty, brother, Joseph, nieces: Brooke and Joni, nephews: Brandon and Ryan and cousin, Patricia. A private service was held by the family.
