I had the honor of working with CD as his physical therapist. He was one of my favorite patients as he always gave it his all, and he never gave up. I sometimes feel like he helped me more than I helped him. I will always think of him when I’m watching the Dallas Cowboys!!

Hello Donna I just wanted to say how very very sad I am to hear from you about CD’s passing. I can only imagine how difficult his condition and the deterioration has been for him and for you over these last number of years. I was also very humbled that he had asked you to contact me to let me know earlier today. I have always held CD in the highest of respect and regard and am very grateful to him and to you for all your support and friendship during my time based in the US and since for Combilift. My thoughts and prayers are with him and also with you and the kids at this time. CD is no longer trapped in his physical body but is now free and enjoying the grace of God. If there is anything I can do to help please don’t hesitate to ask. I’m so sorry for your loss Donna. May he rest in peace and God bless you all.

Donna, My thoughts and Prayers are with during this time. I remember the first time I met CD, he had such a distinctive laugh. He knew is stuff about Combilift's that is for sure. (and Racing Bikes) He will be truly missed by many.
He would get me mad at first when I would send him and email to ask for more information... He would say; "Earline just do a GOOGLE search." I finally would send email back to him saying "Hey I searched GOOGLE" lol I will miss you BIG GUY, rest peacefully.
