Carol was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Houston, TX and in her retirement served as a volunteer for those in the community that were shut-ins, sick, and elderly.
Carol was preceded in death by her loving husband of forty-five years, Fred Bischoff. Surviving family members include one daughter and two sons, six grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her dedication to her family, Carol enjoyed traveling, cooking, and serving others. Visitors never left her home without a cookie, coke and/or ice cream.
The family would like to thank the staff at Eagles Trace and Memorial Hermann Katy for their compassion and care.
The family will receive friends at 10:00 a.m. followed by funeral service commencing at 11 a.m. at St. John Lutheran Church, Cypress, TX. A graveside committal will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Memorial Oaks Cemetery, Houston, TX.
