Casey Lee Fisher, 42, of Triangle, VA passed away surrounded by family and friends on February 8, 2024 in Washington DC. He was born in Tomball, TX on February 5, 1982. Casey graduated from Tomball High School in 2000. He was married to Stephanie and they share a son, Jackson Fisher, 10. Casey had a passion and love for his son whom he was extremely proud of.
Casey was active in sports. He enjoyed swimming, working out and was an avid reader. He was an active member at CGS in his youth. He volunteered for Catholic Heart work camps around the U.S. His heart for serving, took him to serve his country.
He joined the Navy in 2009 where he served his country for 9 years. From the beginning of boot camp they saw leadership qualities and he was quickly placed to lead many as their mentor. From England, Germany, Afghanistan and other countries, he was loyal and proud to serve his fellow men.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Edith and Bill Fisher and Jose and Maria Ruiz and uncles, Bryon Fisher and Joe Ruiz.
He is survived by his son, Jackson Fisher of Manassas, VA; parents Rick and Norina Fisher of Tomball, TX and Susan Lewis of Conroe, TX; brothers, sisters, multiple nieces and nephews, Nicholas and Jennifer Fisher, Caleb, Austin and Brayden of Newnan, GA, Andrew and Sabrina Kelso, Teagon, Landon, Paige, Kayla, Madison, and Jameson of Magnolia, TX, Phillip and Monique Ehrhart, Emma and Elizabeth of Tomball, TX and John and Giuliana Fisher, Siena and Luke of Cedar Park, TX.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Thursday March 7th at Earthman Resthaven. The Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am on Friday March 8th at Christ the Good Shepherd Catholic Community with a reception immediately following in the social hall at Christ the Good Shepherd. A Committal Service will follow at Houston National Cemetery at 12:30 pm.
