Charles attended Golfcrest Elementary, Deady Jr High and graduated from Milby High in 1979. From the age of 16, Charles spent all of his years working in the automotive industry. He worked at various dealerships but the last fifteen years at Westside Chevrolet in Katy, Texas.
Charles is preceded in death by his brother, Richard Collura, Jr; grandparents, James Charles McCormick, Kathleen McCormick, Sam Collura, Margaret Collura; honorary Godfather and hunting buddy and uncle, Robert (Bobby) Bradshaw; uncle, Harold Welborn.
Left to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 28 years, Cheryl Collura; son, Charles (Chas) Collura; daughter, Kristen Collura; parents, Richard and Dorothy Collura; sister and husband, Theresa and Dave Hochenauer; brothers and wife, Vincent and Wanda Collura and Stephen Collura; 16 nieces and nephews; 10 great-nieces and nephews; 3 aunts, Mary Welborn, Jo-Marie Bradshaw(Godmother) and Virginia and Joe Hundl.
Visitation will be 5-9pm, with a Memorial Service at 7pm, on Monday, April 20th at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. Graveside service to be held at a later date.
