Charles was born on May 18,1939 to Charles (Charlie) and Rita Weber of Houston, Texas. He graduated from high school and then enlisted in the US Coast Guard.
In 1958, he met Barbara Bauerle and then they married on June 11, 1960. He worked many years in the auto parts business that included Jobbers Service Warehouse, Braeswood Auto Parts (owner), HiLo Auto Supply and O’Reilly Auto Parts. He ended his career when he retired in May 2024.
He enjoyed fishing, reading, watching sports and singing in his church choir. He was also a big fan of John Wayne.
Charles is survived by his wife, Barbara; his children, Chuck, Mike (Stephanie), Cheryl (Tony), Rick (Anne) and Randy; his grandchildren, Lauren (Johnny), Chandler, Emily, Christa and Maeci.
Pallbearers include his sons, Mike, Rick and Randy, grandchildren, Lauren, Chandler and Christa.
Honorary Pallbearer is his son, Chuck.
Charles’ dedication and hard work will live on through the lives that he touched.

A funeral service will occur Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 10:00 AM, 1415 Campbell Road, Houston, TX 77055. A committal service will occur Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 11:30 AM at Memorial Oaks Cemetery, 13001 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079.
