Charlotte was a loving daughter, sister, mother to two children, an amazing wife, and a genuine friend to many. She lived a fulfilling life and always cherished her family by showering them with an abundance of love, a love that was not unreciprocated. She will be missed for her fun loving sense of humor and her concern for others, especially for those with special needs.
Although she is gone, Charlotte’s legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of the lives she has touched. This includes everyone she interacted with and many she never met who were positively impacted through her actions, compassion, and character.
Charlotte joyfully arrived in Heaven to be joined with her parents Emmett and Willie Addison, her first husband James Thompson, and her second husband Ralph Davis. She is survived by her loving brother, Charles McAdams, and her children James Phillip Thompson and John Andrew Thompson. She was also blessed with her niece, Suzie McAdams, and her nephews Charles Ray McAdams Jr. and Roy McAdams.
In keeping with her wishes, a private funeral service will be held at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery in Houston, TX on a date to be determined.
