CARROLL L. (C.L.) LISBONY passed away on May 4, 2010. C.L. was born to Florry May Lunsford and Charles Phillip Lisbony, Jr. in Lafayette, Louisiana on July 15, 1926. He moved to Houston in 1934. He is survived by his wife of nearly 67 years, Erlyn Ruth Benignus; daughter, Lynette Cannon; son, Charles Lisbony and wife, Christine. He had 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be grandsons, Travis, Dan, John Cullen; nephew, David; and great grandsons, Shelby and Sean.
Pete Gomez and Larry Jones will provide music. Tim Shaw will officiate the service at Forest Park Lawndale at 1pm on Saturday, May 8, 2010. Visitation will be held from 5-9pm on Friday. Donations to the American Heart Association may be made in lieu of flowers.
