Clarence Lee Sykes

Clarence was married to his beloved wife Ivy Sykes for 50 years. He worked in the truck driving industry for many years. He was a member of First Metropolitan Church and loved sports.

He is survived by his children, Traci Sykes, Shundra Coleman, Clarence Sykes Jr., Brandy Sykes, Alicha Coleman, Crystal Coleman, Kimberly Sykes, Corey Sykes, Johnathan Sykes, and Tiffany Sykes; Grandchildren, Brandi Sykes, Jaylon Boney, Jiemori Smith, Alyssa Smith, Davion White, Kamron Gagliardi, Robynn Porter, Kaylyn Butler, Carmella Sykes, Amelia Sykes, Carter Sykes, Gavyn Sykes, Carlito Sykes, Journee Edwards, Remi Sykes, Tra'niqua Dishman, and Ja'sean Johnson.

A visitation for Clarence will be held Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Earthman Resthaven, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060. A celebration of life will occur Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060. A committal service will occur Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060.
