Claro was born to Claro Garza and Cristela Treviño Garza, October 9, 1938, in Sabinas Hidalgo, NL Mexico. He married Evelia Garza in 1966, and they lived together in Houston, TX. Together they raised two children Suzanna Stevens and Patricia Zamarron.
He is survived by his wife Evelia Garza. He also leaves to cherish his memory sisters Alicia Gonzalez, Juana Perez, Mayla Serna and Mireya Guajardo. Grandchildren Frank,Krystal and Isabella Zamarron and Samantha Stevens.
Claro worked hard as a machinist for many years until his retirement. He enjoyed traveling with his wife Evelia and fishing. He was also actively involved at the Immaculate Conception Senior Center.
