Connie De La Portilla born July 17, 1942, entered into eternal rest on August 31, 2013. She is preceded in death by her son, Frank De La Portilla III. Connie is survived by her husband, Frank De La Portilla; daughter, Rita Harris and her husband Tom; daughter, Darlene Bradshaw and her husband Joe; son, Rene De La Portilla and his wife Danetta; daughter, Janet De La Portilla; grandkids, Phillip, David, Dana, Brent, Frank & Gabby; Great-Grandkids, Phillip Jr & Daniella. Visitation will be 5-9pm with a prayer service at 7pm on Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be 11am on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 followed by interment in the Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
