Consepcion Cumpian Garza, age 56, passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2014. Born in Houston, Texas, she loved her family, was a generous friendly woman who never met a stranger. She was preceded in death by her mother, Francis Cumpian; and her sister, Marisela M. Galindo. She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Carlos M. Garza; daughter, Vanessa C. Krahmer and husband William; grandchildren, Benjamin and Jude Krahmer; father, Moses Cumpian, Sr.; sisters, Irene, Tere, and Maria; brother, Moses Cumpian, Jr.; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, October 3, 2014 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. The Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 4, 2014 in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven.
