In March 2003, I asked my 73 years old mom to take a mother/daughter photo with me.   We took a photo together and another separately.  Little did I know at that time, I would be one day using her photo for her funeral.  I guess it was meant to be!  Rest In Peace my sweet lovely mom.  ♥️

Mom was the best mom anyone could have.  She was always so loving and caring and always put everyone else ahead of herself.  She has been such an inspiration to me and my family.  I will miss my shopping buddy, but will cherish all the fond memories of the time we had to spend with her.

My favorite memory of Tia Chelo was when we (Tio Ciro's family) would visit her and Tio Hugo and my little cousins, Sylvester, Virginita, and Connie at the Victoria Courts in San Antonio where our family and Tia Chelo's family lived. Tia Chelo always had a bright smile as we walked through their apartment door and she was always glad to see us.  I could tell she really cared about  us and loved us. Tia Chelo, Tio Hugo, my Pop and Mom (Ciro E. & Maria Elena) would sit down to visit while we and our cousins hung out together outside. My little cousins were so cute and funny.

We love our trips to Monterrey Mexico to visit family.  Mom always had us dressed well and taught us to be polite.  She was a great role model!

Mom in the 70’s.  She was a great mom!  Always volunteering at my elementary school.  Helping in every way she could.  Everyone loved her so much for her dedication.  She earned appreciation awards.

Mom and dad’s 25th Anniversary.  They sure did love each other.  She is now reunited with him.

Momo was the kind of grandmother anyone would love to have. She was loving, giving, and selfless. She had great love for each and every one of her children, many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be beautifully remembered and deeply missed. 

I always Loved my Aunt Connie she was my best favorite Aunt.   Aunt Connie was so sweet and she always welcome us with open arms and lots of LOVE!!!!
I will deeply miss her!
