Daniel Cardenas III

Daniel Cardenas III of Spring, Texas passed away at the age of 60 on Thursday September 19, 2019 surrounded by family. Daniel for years battled congestive heart failure and passed due to complications of this heart disease.

Daniel was born April 16, 1959 in Detroit, Michigan. He grew up in Willowbend/Meyerland area and graduated from Bellaire High School. On December 31st of 1991 Daniel married Perla Perez and they were blessed with two children. Daniel’s unconditional devotion to his family was demonstrated daily. Following his love of bringing joy to all, Daniel worked as a General Contractor for years where he utilized his carpentry and creative skills to remodel numerous homes. His interests included traveling, cooking and enjoying food, animals (DOGS!), music, and spending time with family and friends.

Daniel is survived by Perla Perez-Cardenas, wife; Sarah Danielle Cardenas, daughter; Daniel Cardenas IV; son; Virginia and Daniel Cardenas II, parents; and Mary and Michael Cardenas, siblings.

A memorial gathering for Daniel will be held Saturday, September 28, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a memorial service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
