David Lee Ford Jr was born December 24, 1965 to David L. Ford Sr. and Vale L. Powell in Houston, Tx where he was a lifelong resident. David Jr accepted Christ at an early age. Her attended Jack Yates High School where he graduated. David married Rita M. Hayward and had 4 children.
David is survived by his mother Vale Ford, his 4 children Calvin Hayward (Amanda), Davia Ford, Dakita Ford and David L. Ford III. His grandchildren Zander, Aubrey, Willow, Aiden, and Trindin. His Brother Tommy Ford (Debra), three sisters Marilyn Ford, Vandalina Loston (Craig), and Jacquelyn Reddic (Milton) and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
David is preceded in death by his Wife Rita Hayward, Father David L. Ford Sr., his Grandparents Allen & Hattie Mae Powell, and Solomon & Alberta Ford.
