Debra Holub Clack Shelton, 56, received her angel wings Wednesday, November 3, 2010. She is preceded in death by her parents Leonard and Leona Holub, and infant sister Jeanette. Survivors include her husband Phillip Shelton, daughter Stacy Martin and husband Danny, granddaughters Meredith and Audrey Martin; sisters Janice Dowling and husband Brian, Marilyn Sicinski and husband David; brothers Allen Holub and wife LuAnne, Louis Holub and wife Connie; numerous nieces and nephews.
Debbie retired from the US Postal Service in 2004 after 27 years of service. She never met a stranger. Debbie had a love for people and a heart of gold. She enjoyed going to the casino, sewing, watching movies, and reading books. She was dearly loved and will truly be missed.
Visitation will be 5-8 PM on Monday, November 8 at Earthman Funeral Home, 13102 North Freeway, Houston, TX with a rosary beginning at 7 PM. A funeral mass will take place at 10 AM on Tuesday, November 9 at Assumption Catholic Church, 901 Roselane St, Houston, TX, followed by 2:30 PM graveside services at Elmina Cemetery in New Waverly, TX.
