Dolores Jean Vasile “DJ” Richards, age 80, passed away Sunday, June 26, 2016. Born in Joilet, Illinois, raised in Lemont, Illinois, she loved everyone in her own special way, and her pride and joy was her grandson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Matthew A. Richards; parents, Carl and Rose Vasile; and brother, Ronald C. Vasile. Survived by, daughters, Deborah Marie Richards Lewis and husband James B. Lewis, Jr. and Danette Marie Richards Lewis and husband Don L. Lewis; grandson, Anthony Lee Lewis; brother, Robert J. Vasile and wife Theresa; nieces, Carla and Vanessa. Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. The Memorial Mass will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 7, 2016 at St. Edward Catholic Church, 2601 Spring Stuebner Rd., Spring, Texas 77389.
