Dolores T. Schmidt age 86 went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at Methodist Hospital. She was born September 15, 1933 in Houston, Texas to Francisco Gamez Torres and Julia Ortega Torres.
She loved to read books, play bingo and go to the casinos, along with spending time at home, relaxing on the porch with a book in her hand. She was always full of facts and remedies! She is preceded in death by her Father, Mother, Husband, Otto Von Schmidt and 3 sisters, 3 brothers and Great Grandson, Noe Moreno IV. She is survived by her Daughter, Anna Moreno and 4 grandchildren: Yolanda Campa, Roy Rene Moreno, Michelle Gonzales and Noe Moreno lll and 13 Great Grandchildren and 10 Great Great Grandchildren. A visitation for Dolores will be held Sunday, July 19, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Heights Funeral Home, 1317 Heights Blvd, Houston, Texas 77008. A prayer service will follow at 6:00 PM, The funeral service will occur Monday, July 20, 2020 at 11:00 AM, at the Heights Funeral Chapel.
