Donald Wade “Don” Braly, age 82, passed away Monday, December 5, 2011 in Houston, Texas. Don is preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Donnah Kaldis and his grandson Brandon Tunstall. Born in Houston, Don worked for Roadway Trucking Co. for 35 years and retired to his childhood home. He was an avid hunter and fishermen. He enjoyed traveling around the country in his RV with family and friends. Don is survived by his loving wife Sylvia; children: Tami Matthews, Leta Finn; 4 stepchildren, 17 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Those who knew Don knew him to be a great man with an overflowing heart who selflessly put others before himself. He will be dearly missed. Don’s Celebration of Life will be 12:30 p.m. Sunday, December 11, 2011 in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home. Family and friends are invited for a reception there after the service.
