Married for 46 years to her beloved husband and soul mate John H. Meyer.

Survived by her sister Haydee (Nena)- Friendswood, Texas, niece Katia and husband Tony Banfield, Jr. - Friendswood, Texas; nephew Randy Donowho - Dickinson, Texas; sister Olga Aponte, Brother Jorge Aponte, and wife Claudia; Santa Cruz, Bolivia, grandnieces in Texas and numerous nieces and nephews in Bolivia. Her husband's sons Robert, Randy and wife Pam, Jonathan and David Meyer.

A visitation for Dora will be held Thursday, July 21, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 1801 Sage Rd., Houston, TX 77056. A funeral service will occur Thursday, July 21, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 1801 Sage Rd., Houston, TX 77056. A committal service will occur Thursday, July 21, 2022 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Woodlawn Cemetery, 1101 Antoine Dr., Houston, TX 77055.
