Elaine Marie Willard, age 85, of Cypress, Texas passed away Monday, September 12, 2016. Elaine was born in Worcester, Massachusetts and lived in Phoenix, Arizona for 35 years. She moved to Cypress, Texas in January of 2008. She is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Robert K. Willard; parents, Margaret A. (Colbert) and Thomas W. Dickson; and siblings, Carol A. Armstrong and Thomas W. Dickson, Jr. She is survived by children, Judith A. Leggio and husband Joe, Deborah J. Willard, and Brian T. Willard and wife Carla; 5 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
