Elna Beatrice Roberson was born on December 9, 1921 to William and Elna Neblett. Elna was educated in the Navasota School District where she was a proud graduate of George Washington Carver High School Class of 1940. She confessed her faith in Christ at an early age and joined Pleasantville United Methodist Church where she remained a faithful and loyal member until her passing. On October 13, 2013 Elna departed this life. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons Don Roberson and Thomas Roberson, one daughter Janice Stephens, five brothers Robert Neblett, William Neblett, Frank Neblett, Arthur Owens and Percy Neblett, three sisters Bernice Grays, Eloise Minor and Helen Walker. On June 11, 1943 she married James A. Roberson of 41 years. She is survived by four children: Percy E. Roberson, Byron Roberson (Lynda), Pam Howard and Peter A. Roberson, 28 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
