She was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, Herman Singleton, a grandchild, LCpl. Phillip George and her son-in-law, Carson George.
Elsie is survived by her children, Wayne and Susan Singleton and Penny George; her grandchildren, Aaron and Diana George and Sara and Ricky Blackmon. She is also survived by her great grandchildren, Ryan and Riley George, Nickolas and Makaila Blackmon and Alex Blackmon.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances can be made to the charity of your choice or to the library fund of Sagemont Church.
