Eudelia “Lala” Ybarra, age 87, passed away Tuesday, November 12, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Eugene Ybarra, Sr.; and son, Daniel Ybarra. Survived by her children, Alice Pena, Gloria Vargas and husband Louis, Eugene Ybarra, Jr. and wife Frances, Dolores Ybarra, Virginia Sanchez and husband Alfred, Richard Ybarra, Mary Alice Youngblood and husband Billy Joe, Rodney Ybarra, Elizabeth Ybarra and husband David; 29 grandchildren; numerous great and great-great-grandchildren; brother, Eliseo Navarro and wife Mary; several nieces and nephews; and other relatives. Visitation will be held 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, November 15, 2013 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. The Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, November 16, 2013 in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven. Interment will follow at Earthman Resthaven. Pallbearers will be: Fernando Ybarra, Thomas Ybarra, Jorge Ybarra, Michael Ybarra, Rodney Ybarra, Jr., and Alfred Sanchez, Jr. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the staff and caregivers at Kindred Hospital for their kindness during this time.
