Eulalia Aguilar

Eulalia Cerda Aguilar departed this world to be with his creator on Tuesday, May 12, 2015. Mrs. Aguilar was born in New Braunfels, Texas, on December 10, 1924. She grew up in Houston's Fifth Ward and was a Jeff Davis graduate. Eulalia was a parishioner of Holy Name Catholic Church and St. Patrick Catholic church where she was a member of their Senior Citizen Young at Heart Group. She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, daughter, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. We will miss her dearly.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 49 years, Alfonso Aguilar; son, Stephen Aguilar; siblings, Joe Cerda, Maria Marquez, and Annie Rangel.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Norbert Aguilar, David Aguilar and wife Martha; sister, Felicitias Joyce Flores; grandchildren, Denise Mason and husband Patrick, Joseph Aguilar and Karina Aguilar; great-grandchildren, Alec Mason and Ryan Mason; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, May 15 , 2015 5-9pm, with a rosary at 7pm, at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home.

Funeral Mass will begin at 10am on, Saturday, May 16, 2015, at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, 4213 Mangum Rd, Houston, TX 77092. Interment will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
