She was a very loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt. Evangelina enjoyed spending time with her family and always enjoyed making new friends.
Evangelina is survived by her husband, Osvaldo; children, Paula (Moises) Saucedo, Osvaldo Jr. (Yesenia) Garcia, Dorina (Ernesto Jr.) Gonzalez; grandchildren, Jessica, Ashley, Jesse, Destiny, Natalie, EJ, Mateo; great-grandchildren, Mariah, and Mia; sister, Beatrice Garcia; brother, Paul Serrano.
To anyone that knew Evangelina Garcia, she was always putting their interests ahead of hers. Words cannot express how our world will change without her here.
Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 9:00pm on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at Forest Park Lawndale, 6900 Lawndale St., Houston, TX 77023. A rosary service will be held at 7:00pm on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at Forest Park Lawndale. Graveside funeral service will be at 10:00am on Friday, October 10, 2014 at Forest Park Lawndale.
