Fidencio A. Yeverino entered into eternal rest on Good Friday, April, 19, 2019. He was born to Vicente and Maria Yeverino in Allende, Cuahuila, Mexico. He is preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Maria de Jesus Sandoval; his sister Juana Dominguez; and his brother Alejandro Yeverino. He was a long time member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Houston, Texas and the Knights of Columbus.
He chose to move and live in the United States leaving his country, his family, and his language for a better life for him and his wife and his future family. One of his proudest moments was his naturalized citizenship as an American citizen in 1980. Affectionately known, as Papi or Papi Lencho, he was a loving and generous man and always supported his family in Mexico as well as anyone in need.
Left to cherish his memory include his dedicated wife of 59 years, Rosa Elia Yeverino; his daughter Rosa M. Caballero and her husband Juan Alberto Caballero; his daughter Yolanda Y. Garrido and her husband Gerardo Garrido; his 4 grandchildren Bianca Isabel Caballero, Juan Alejandro Caballero, Christian Gerardo Garrido, and Julian Gerardo Garrido; numerous family members and friends.
