Frances Marie Feltovich

Frances Marie Feltovich of Houston, TX passed away on Monday, November 14, 2022 at the age of 75. She was born on October 22, 1947 in Galveston, TX where she grew up until moving to Houston for High School and College.

Frances graduated from Dominican College with Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Houston Baptist University with Masters in Business Administration.

She worked as Director, Business Practices/Regulatory Compliance at Methodist Hospital. Before that she held many positions including Director, Performance Improvement/Decision Support and Director, Infection Control/Environmental Safety. She served in many Professional Organizations including Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology as National President, Texas Gulf Coast Association for Healthcare Quality as President and Nursing Advisory Council, University of St. Thomas, Houston, among many others. She was actively involved in Associated Nursing Alumni and The Worship of Adoration at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.

She is survived by her husband; Michael Feltovich, children; Julie Hill (daughter) her husband Jeff Hill and their two sons Austin and Jack. Denise Tinkham (daughter), her husband Monte Tinkham and their two children Lauren and Landon Skyler. John Molinaris (son) and his wife Lilly Molinaris and their two sons, Anthony and Nico. Michael’s children, Amy Feltovich and her daughter Jade Jarnigan and Paul Feltovich.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church on Monday, November 21, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Visitation with the family will begin at St. Vincent de Paul after the Mass.
