Frances "Fran" Fletcher

Frances “Fran” Fletcher, 78, of Houston, Texas passed away on November 13, 2015. She was born on October 17, 1937 to Harris and Emma Meador in Cleburne, Texas. Fran enjoyed spending her free time collecting Fiesta dishes, going to casinos and collecting photos of her family. With her photos, she would create beautiful scrapbooks and put a face to history as she compiled her family genealogy. Most important to Fran was her family, and she enjoyed spending as much time with them as possible. Frances is preceded in death by her husband of 46 years Roy Fletcher and her son Roland Fletcher. She leaves to cherish her memory her sons Roy Eugene Fletcher and wife Ruth, Ricke Lee Fletcher and wife Alice and Randall Kirby Fletcher and wife Laura, Sandra Barbier and husband Wally as well as her grandchildren; Brennon, Ricke Jr. and wife Tiffany, Bryan and wife Jamie, Dustin and wife Viola, Travis and wife Meredith, Colby, Austin, Krystal and T.C., 17 great grandchildren, her brothers; Jim & Carolyn Meador, Joe & Jan Meador and David & Barbara Meador, numerous nieces and nephews and countless other family members and friends. A visitation will take place on Saturday, November 21, 2015 from 12 – 1PM with funeral service beginning at 1 PM. Interment will immediately follow. Services will be held in the Chapel of Angels at Forest Park Lawndale.
