Frank was a WWII, Marine Corp Veteran.
He was precededed in death by wife, Dorothy Fletcher. Survived by, son, Frank Warren Fletcher Jr.; daughter-in-law Cindy Fletcher; a daughter Leah Cook, son-in-law Frank Cook; 4 grandchildren, Frank Warren Fletcher III, Katie Anderson, Erica Post, and Gregory Post and one great-granddaughter Samantha Dorothy Anderson. Also survivng are 3 brothers Irby Ray Fletcher Jr. of Germantown, TN, Bert Fletcher and Dalton Fletcher from Bartlett, TN. Frank Jr., Cindy and Katie Anderson are from Atlanta, GA. The Cooks and Posts are from Houston, TX.
A memorial service celebrating Frank began at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 6, 2014 in the chapel of Waltrip Funeral Directors, 1415 Campbell Road in Houston, where full military honors were rendered by the Veterans of Foriegn Wars Post 8790 Honor Guard.
