Sylvia, Becky & rest of Torres family, on behalf of Garcia family we share your loss. I didn't have the pleasure of knowing Frank but I met him briefly 5 years ago at his mom's funeral.  He sent me a "thank you" card last year when I gave a monetary donation for a benefit on his behalf.  He was kind enough to send me a "thank you" card & I was deeply touched by his lovely words in his "thank you" card, it left me with a very good impression of him. The world was a brighter place during Frank's 54 years on earth.  GOD bless.

I am so very sorry for your loss.  My mind has gone back in time to Sherman Elementary, Noble and McKee...the guys playing ball on the street and my dog barking like there was no tomorrow.  Frank always was having fun, looking for good times is how I remember him best.  Michael Medellin did lose his best friend...how those two guys stuck together always back then. To my childhood best friend, you never stopped being my best friend; I was shocked to hear of the news. Time seemed to stop for a while as I reminisced good times we had. I remember us being as Batman and Robin or GI Joes and we always defeated the bad guys. Then we switched from heroes fighting villains to becoming rock stars in my backyard. We became "The Beatles". We would use broom sticks as guitars and sing their songs not knowing at that time but everyone in the neighborhood could hear us and would just start laughing.
 
My favorite was when you would stand in your front yard and do the "Tarzan" yell. That was a sign that I could come over and play. Good times my friend, good times.
 
To my best friend, the "Older" brother I never had, I will miss you.

I love my papa very much.He was the best papa you could ever have.he was funny,fun,nice.Also i will never forget he took me to the zoo,seaworld,sience museum.I miss him but i know he is with god now and an angel.I love papa i always will.
