George A. Karaganis, 83, passed away on September 8, 2011. He was preceded in death by Mary C. Karaganis, Helen P. Karaganis; sisters, Anna Constantinides and Tina Economos. George is survived by his wife, Constance B. Karaganis; son, Andrew Karaganis and wife Lizabeth; daughters, Elaine Harris and husband Stephen, Irene Smith and husband Phil, Renee Caldwell and husband Robert; son, Dean Paris and wife Katie; 8 grandchildren and a host of loving relatives. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m., with a prayer service to be held at 6:30 p.m., Monday, September 12, 2011 in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 3511 Yoakum Blvd., Houston, Texas. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, September 15, 2011 at Mission Park South Cemetery, 1700 S.E. Military Dr., San Antonio, Texas.
