Not a day goes by that I don't think of you. Your spirit lives on within me and it helps to keep me going. May the light of the Lord lead you home and save a place for me up there so I can live with you again one day. That was the time of my life. There are pieces of you in everything I do. Remember how I told you that no distance (even Heaven) could stop our love? It's true because I love you more every day. I miss all of the memories we made together. Thank you for being not only my Papa but the daddy I didn't have. I love you. A whole bunches.

My sweet dad it has been over a year now, missing your contagious smile ! It has been an odd year trying to figure out what to do without your guidance, love & emotional support. Moving forward has been a little slow going but I can hear your words of encouragement in my heart and I know you want happiness for all of us. Thank you for being such a vital part of our life, and teaching us what we needed to know, you were a wonderful pop ! I love you
