Gertrude Emma Fritsche

Gertrude Emma Fritsche, 101, passed away Friday, December 7, 2018. Mrs. Fritsche was born Dec. 11, 1916 in Lincoln. Texas. She was a longtime member of Gethsemane Lutheran Church. Gertrude is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Fritsche, and brothers; Henry Schneider and Charles Schneider. She is survived by her son, Melvin Fritsche, grandchildren; Wayne Fritsche, Cheryl Lejbolle, Lori Fritsche and Jennifer, sisters; Florence Smoot and Bernice Wolff and great-grandchildren; Raven and Sophia. The family will receive friends on Friday, December 14, 2018 at the Heights Funeral Home from 5pm – 8pm. Funeral service will be held Saturday 10am at Gethsemane Lutheran Church, 4040 Watonga Blvd., Houston, Texas 77092. Interment to follow at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
