Glbert you will truely be missed by so many people. You have touch some many lives including mine. I have you to thank for raising such an amaizing and strong man. Roland is the man he is today because of you. I will miss walking into your house and hearing you say "oh God Roland you brought her with you!!!" I couldn't get enough of the smiles and jokes you had! Every time I drive by that Chinese food restuarant I can't help but smile. To remember the day your truck broke down in the drive thru and I came to pick you up and I had to threaten you about walking home because you kept making fun of my driving. It's little moments like that you made in my life to make me smile. May God bless you, your were a great man and loved deeply by some many of us!

Gilbert even though we as first cousins didn't see much of each other, I will miss all the good things said about you. My prayers are for you and the family you leave behind. We will miss you. Say hello to tia and tio untill we meet again.

I feel so blessed to have met Gilbert about 8 years ago. I never saw him without a smile. He will be so missed! My heartfelt condolences go out to his whole family. RIP Gilbert.

I never got to meet you, but I wish I would have. I helped Amanda put together some photos of you and her ...as she talked about you, I saw photos of you raising her from when she was a baby until now when she has become a beautiful person. Much of this is thanks to you, her dad. I learned about the two way street of love that existed between you and everyone around you. Thanks for leaving your mark on this world, rest in peace.

You are going to be missed brother-n-law.  I never had a brother but you made me feel like I had one.  I loved your funny side and you always made Richard and me laugh whenever you called or saw us. Diane, Roland, Amanda, and the rest of the Garcia/Sanchez family please know how sorry we are for your loss. I can't think of one single memory of Gilbert without a smile coming across my face. He always had a smile and usually a little humorus harrassment directed my way. Laughter was constant when we had the privledge to be around him. He loved to make fun of my little pony bottles of Miller. He would say: That's NOT a beer! When are you going to grow up and start drinking a real beer?"  I smile at his picture here as I type now. Gilbert... I now toast you. We are honored to have had you in our lives. We're gonna miss you greatly. See you on the other side.

I don't have the words to explain how much I am going to miss you.  Thank God that I was Blessed to have you as a brother and a best friend.  In the last 4 years since dad died you were there for me through the good and bad times.  My heart is hurting but will heal with time. I know that you are not in pain anymore and you are watching over us from heaven!!  I am going to miss the laughing, joking and the good mexican breakfast's we would have together and enjoy each others company.  I'm glad that you were there for me and Thank you for loving us and taking care of us.  Not many brothers would do that.  Thank you for being in my life!!
