Gloria Jean Salinas, 66, entered into eternal rest July 11, 2012 in Houston, TX and reunited with her father, Frederico Gonzalez and brother, Victor Mejias. She is survived by her mother, Olivia Ramirez Mejias; son, Marco Salinas; daughters, Myrna Gonzalez and Melinda Salinas- Snyder; sisters, Dolores Garza and Victoria Villagomez; brother, Manuel Mejias; cousin, Euvaldo Perez; precious grandchildren: Michelle Sanchez, Dominic Galvan, Madeline Hernandez, Zachery Snyder, Haley Snyder, Ethan Salinas; 10 nieces and nephews; along with other loving relatives and friends. Visitation will be from 6-8pm, Monday, July 16th with a 7pm Rosary being recited at Forest Park Lawndale Main Chapel. Funeral Mass will be held at 10am, Tuesday, July 17th at Co Cathedral of the Sacred Heart: 1111 St. Joseph Parkway, Houston, TX 77002. Interment will follow to Forest Park Lawndale.
