Growing up I considered Helen as family, even called her "Aunt Helen". Such a wonderful person, I know she has gone to a wonderful place.

Jim, so sorry for your loss. Helen was such a cheerful lady, so full of life and laughter. Her smile would let me know whether she enjoyed my jokes or not - usually she did and would tell me one of her own. I never saw her not in a good mood, even as her health failed. Our faith assures us that you two will dance again!

Helen always made everyone feel special. I loved getting emails from her because she always made me smile. Jimmy and Helen have always been a wonderful example of married love for those who were around them. I will miss her electric smile and those blue eyes. Love ya Helen!

Our hearts go out to you, Jim, and all your family at this time. Helen always had such a lovely smile on her face like a 'welcoming sign' to all who came her way. We especially enjoyed those special years of square dancing together. May those sweet memories give you strength as the days go by. God's blessings to all the family. In love, Darlene & Tom Kay

A very special lady and a friend for many a year, starting with square dancing in the early 1980's thru hard health times to the present. May her memory remain long with the many who knew her.

Helen and Jimmy we love you so much,
Robert and Katherine Nowlin
