

Henry was born to Javier and Sara Castellanos November 29th, 1956 in Houston, TX. He graduated from Jesse H. Jones in 1976. He married Mary Zenon in 1996, and they lived together and loved each other for 25 years.
Henry is survived by: Mary Castellanos (wife) and 4 children: Ahtevla (Joshua), Enrique (Brandee), Ahtavea (Brian) and Alveta (Timothy). Siblings: Sylvia, Blanca (Bruce), Frank (Gloria), Sara, Vicente, Danny (Kimberly), Debora (David). Extended family (in-laws), Louis and Pearl Zenon, Albert, Dianna and a plethora of nieces, nephews and 15 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by Sara Castellanos (mother), Javier Castellanos (father) and Eduardo Castellanos (brother).
Henry would say, "I play hard but I work harder," which was shown throughout his life. Henry worked as a mechanic for Continental EMSCO for 10 years. Then transitioned to NOV, where he worked for 30 years and was a mechanic, supervisor, and tech support. After retiring from NOV, Henry spent more time with his family, friends and traveling with his wife. Becoming an entrepreneur, he co-owned Houston's Finest Auto Collision and Sales. His favorite pastime included: being the BEST grandfather, fishing, hunting, drag racing, hanging with the fellas and taking care of his beloved, Hope.
A visitation will be held Saturday, February 26, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023 with a chapel service starting at 12:00 PM. A graveside service will be held Saturday, February 26, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023.
