Herbert A. A. Richter

Herbert A. A. Richter, 85, passed away Sunday, October 2, 2022. Herbert was born July 16, 1937 in Fedor of Lee County. He is preceded in death by his wife Alice Mabel Richter. He is survived by his children, Alicia Knippa and her husband Rev. Gregory Knippa, and Harvey Richter and his wife Cheryl, grandchildren; Andrew Knippa, Adam Knippa and his fiancée Elisa Carian, and Jonathan Knippa and his wife Rachel, siblings; Dorothy Ann Cook and her husband Herbert, Freddie Raymond Richter and his wife Dorothy Mae and Kenneth Karl Richter and his wife Barbara. The family will receive visitors Friday, October 7, 5pm – 8pm at the Heights Funeral Home. Funeral is scheduled for Saturday, 10:30am at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 306 E. 15th St. Houston, Texas 77008. A reception will follow service. Interment Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
