He is survived by his wife Mary Elizabeth Tashakori, two daughters Elizabeth Nassim Tashakori and Mary Sahhar Tashakori and his father-in-law Jim Inman and brother-in-law Jay Inman.
Louie was raised in the Muslim faith with a strong belief in God. When he immigrated to the states, he learned of Christianity and put his faith in Christ. Over the years, he grew to love many of the teachings of Buddha and Rumi, and enjoyed sharing those teachings with others. Through all his trials and tribulations during life, faith always comforted him.
He worked passionately in real estate all his life, moving into land development. He enjoyed travel, live music, and being by any body of water. He felt most fulfilled when feeding people and animals alike, achieving his lifelong goal to feeding a million stomachs.
