Dale Manning, a resident of Houston, Texas, died unexpectedly in his home on October 6, 2020 at the age of 68.
Dale is survived by his only child Lacey Manning, his mother Jeanne Manning, his brother Lee Manning with wife Jennifer and children Kyle and Kelsey, and his sister Olivia Hopper and her husband Ned.
Dale was born in Houston, Texas on September 22, 1952 to Howard Devotie and Jeanne “Jinx” Manning. Dale attended Sterling High School and received his associates degree from San Jacinto College. He worked for the CPI Group for 50 years before retiring.
An avid fisherman, hunter, and competitive marksman, Dale enjoyed the great outdoors. His love of nature as a child led to him becoming an Eagle Scout. He was a member of the National Rifle Association, National Sporting Clays Association, and Pearland Shooting Club.
Dale was preceded in death by his father Howard Manning.
Dale lived his life as a proud and devoted father to his daughter Lacey. He was the best friend any one could ask for and a loving son. The rest, as they say, were just details!
